The official website for the Dr. Stone anime revealed that the band Burnout Syndromes will return to the franchise to perform the opening theme song for the Dr. Stone: Ryusui .
The band previously performed the anime's first opening theme.
The one-hour special will air in Japan starting July 10th at 7 PM. Crunchyroll will premiere the special at Anime Expo on July 3rd.
Dr. Stone: Ryusui will therefore take place after the second season of the anime, and will focus on Ryusui (voiced by Ryouta Suzuki).

Boichi (Sun-Ken Rock) and Riichirou Inagaki (author of Eyeshield 21) launched the manga in Weekly Shonen Jump in March 2017 and finished publication on March 7.
