ANMTV website , during their visit to the “XXI Salón del Manga” in Barcelona, Tadayoshi Yamamuro and Norihiro Hayashida, director and producer of Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods and Resurrection of Freeza, confirmed that the franchise will have its third feature film.

According to information released by the Spanish website Ramen Para Dos , the new production has not yet had details about its story revealed by the duo, but everything indicates that it should be connected to the new series, Dragon Ball Super, currently showing in Japan.
