Episode 12 of Dragon Ball Daima continues the frantic race for the three Dragon Balls. As Goku and his allies advance, Dr. Arinsu's plans become increasingly risky, with her new creation, Majin Duu, posing an even greater threat.
On the other side, Vegeta faces the powerful Tamagami Number Two, and the balance of power seems to hang by a thread. With both sides determined to achieve their goals, the outcome of these intense battles could drastically alter the course of the journey.
In the previous episode, Goku and Vegeta, along with their companions, boarded a plane, but Panzy noticed an elderly Namekian approaching. Curious, the group descended to meet him. The Namekian, upon seeing a Dragon Ball, began acting senile. Piccolo recognized him as Neva, a legend of his people, and asked him to stop the act. Neva revealed that she was following King Gomah's orders and assured him that Dende, although captured, was safe.
Meanwhile, Dr. Arinsu, after Majin Kuu's defeat, created a new Majin, Duu, by combining Buu's essence and a Saibamen seed. Majin Duu soon demonstrated his power by confronting Tamagami Number One, raising the bar for the confrontation.
Back to the protagonists, Vegeta decided to face the next Tamagami. Despite his initial strength, Vegeta was thrown into the ocean and swallowed by a Kraken, ending the episode.
