The previous episode made history by showing Vegeta achieving, for the first time in the series' history, the legendary Super Saiyan 3 . Fans were excited to see the Prince of Saiyans use this iconic transformation to dominate his enemies. This moment officially confirmed Vegeta's Super Saiyan 3 form as part of the series' canon.
In episode 12, Vegeta transformed into Super Saiyan 3 during his fight against Tamagami Number Two. As the fight dragged on, Vegeta decided to unleash his full strength. The battle took place in the Second Demon World of the Demon Realm, surrounded by giant sea monsters known as Kraken.
Meanwhile, the choreography of the battles between Tamagami Number One and Majin Duu becomes as engaging as the confrontation between Vegeta and Tamagami Number Two, but the fights have completely different constructions and execution. Vegeta's fight is pure adrenaline, while Majin Duu's fight has a strong comical and absurd component, which suits the character perfectly.
