Moro is an ancient sorcerer who nearly destroyed the Seventh Universe millions of years ago. After being defeated by the Kaioshins, he ended up sealed in the Galactic Patrol's base. However, his threat never ceased to exist.

According to the plot, the antagonist destroyed hundreds of planets by draining their life energy. Furthermore, each world consumed increased his power even more, throwing the universe out of balance. Therefore, the Kaioshins had to act, even facing devastating losses.
With this adaptation, the anime deepens the role of the Galactic Patrol and expands the cosmic side of the franchise. Therefore, expectations are high among online anime, especially due to the unprecedented confrontations and expansion of the lore.
