The famous Ball Super manga created by Akira  Toriyama and illustrated by Toyotaro, will be suspended (hiatus) for an indefinite period after the end of the current arc with chapter 103.

Dragon Ball Super manga temporarily suspended

The reason for the suspension is understandable, after all everyone knows that it was due to the sad death of Akira Toriyama on March 1st of this year.

Therefore, the manga was finishing the arc that adapted the last film, titled Dragon Ball Super: SUPER HERO . However, chapter 103 ends and a new arc begins with chapter 104, but this has now been postponed indefinitely.

The manga's status remains uncertain as V-Jump's editorial team, along with Toyotaro, faces the difficult decision of whether to continue the series, similar to what happened with Kentaro Miura and Berserk.

The Red Ribbon Army had been destroyed by Son Goku... But certain individuals decided to carry on their mission and created the supreme androids: Gamma 1 and Gamma 2. These two androids—who call themselves "superheroes"—decide to attack Piccolo and Gohan! What will be the objective of the New Red Ribbon Army? When danger is imminent, that's when the Superhero awakens!

The work currently has 22 volumes in Japanese production. Toyotarō began serializing the manga in V Jump in June 2015 as an adaptation of the Dragon Ball Super anime. However, the manga features significant differences from the anime.
