According to the publication of V-Jump that brought new details involving the new Dragon Ball Super , it details the synopsis of the first episode that takes place between the end of the Majin Buu saga and the film released in 2013, “Dragon Ball Z: The Battle of the gods.”
The magazine says: After defeating “ Majin Boo ”, the lives of the entire population return to normal days. Chi-Chi orders Goku to go back to work to have a normal life and pay off his debts, while he thinks differently. Goten (Second son of Goku's brother Gohan), embarks on a trip with Trunks (Son of Vejeta with Bulma) to find a gift for Videl (Gohan's wife and Pan's future mother).
This will be the first Dragon Ball TV series since “ Dragon Ball GT ”, which aired between 1996 and 1997. Kazuya Yoshii will perform the opening theme “Chōzetsu ☆ Excellent” (Excellent Dynamic) and rock band Good Morning America will perform the closing “Hello Hello Hello”.
Updated: With the official website updated, the anime will have at least 100 episodes in this new season.
The premiere takes place on July 5th in Japan.
