Comic Live magazine announced on Twitter the anime adaptation of five light novels from MG Bunko J , one of which is Dragonar Academy by Shiki Mizuchi . The announcement was first made at the Media Factory 2013 event.
The story follows Ash Blake, a first-year student at a dragon riding school, known as the number one troublemaker, which makes him the butt of jokes at his school. However, the boy possesses a large star-shaped mark, which signifies him as a future dragon master, but his dragon has never appeared.
Then, on a fateful day, Ash's dragon awakens in all its glory, but in a form never seen before: that of a beautiful little girl! What's worse, Ash soon discovers that this new dragon has attitude to spare, as she promptly informs him that she is the master, and he, the servant.
