Game company Nitro+CHiRAL announced this weekend that the anime adaptation of the game “Boys-Love” DRAMAtical Murder has been greenlit and will happen. The anime's official website is streaming a trailer with the opening theme “Slip on the Pumps.”
The game's story revolves around a young man named Aoba who lives with his grandmother on the island of Midorijima . He works in a junk shop with the former residents of the Island District. Aoba is content with his simple life, but is pulled into mysterious events taking place on the island.
Kazuya Miura (Macross Frontier: Sayonara no Tsubasa) is directing the anime together with studio NAZ. Touko Machida (Allison & Lillia, The IDOLM@STER) Kabura Fuchii is in charge of the script. Yukiko Ban (Brave10, .hack//SIGN, Sekai Ichi Hatsukoi) is the character designer. The anime is expected to arrive in the summer of this year.
