The official website for the Dropkick on My Devil! announced today that its production committee has canceled the in-person event “ Thank You Dropkick! In Sapporo .” The event organizers made the decision on the advice of the police, after receiving a message threatening arson against the event venue and death threats against the artists and participants.
The event was scheduled to take place at Adachi Gakuen Odori Park Hall in the city of Sapporo on November 7th . Event staff reported the threatening message to local police, who then advised staff to cancel the event.
The event would feature voice actors from the anime, along with Yuki Miku Hokkaido 's mascot based on Hatsune Miku .
