The official website for the anime Dropkick on My Devil! announced today that the production committee has canceled the in-person event " Thank You Dropkick! In Sapporo ." Event organizers made the decision on the advice of police after receiving a message threatening arson at the event venue and death threats against the artists and attendees.
The event was scheduled to take place at Adachi Gakuen Odori Park Hall in Sapporo City on November 7. Event staff reported the threatening message to local police, who then advised the staff to cancel the event.
The event would feature the anime's voice actors, along with Yuki Miku Hokkaido 's mascot based on Hatsune Miku .
