Durarara fans . It was announced during the Dengeki Game Festival 2014 that Durarara would be getting a new season. The new season will be a direct continuation of the first, taking place six months after the events of the first season.
Durarara – Anime gets second season
As of now, no date has been announced for when the series will arrive.
Takahiro Omori, who directed the first season, is directing the series along with Shuka Studio. Noboru Takagi is responsible for the scripts, Takahiro Kishida is developing the characters, and Makoto Yoshimori is taking care of the soundtrack.
The work of Ryohgo Narita and illustrated by Suzuhito Yasuda has inspired several adaptations, including the anime series that arrived on TV in 2010 by Aniplex , several games have also been adapted.
The new anime is part of Durarara's 10th anniversary, covering the second arc of author Ryohgo Narita's original series.
