During E3 2016, EA Sports presented its biggest new feature for FIFA 17 : the story mode starring Alex Hunter , a young man with the dream of shining on the Premier League pitch.

Like many boys around the world, Hunter has faced challenges since childhood, from the small fields to decisive matches in large stadiums. The Journey , the official name of the story mode, promises to immerse the player in the life and dilemmas of an aspiring modern soccer star.

FIFA 17 – Story Mode Takes a Step Further in Narrative Realism

After all, beyond its renowned gameplay, FIFA 17 invests in a compelling narrative that follows Hunter's journey on and off the pitch. While EA was already known for its technical excellence, this new mode represents a bold emotional commitment, adding depth to the gameplay.

As revealed in the trailer shown during the E3 conference, the player not only decides Alex's fate on the field, but also directly influences his career and relationships. Therefore, each choice promises to have real impact on the character's journey.
