Author Matoba , known for works such as Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included , and As Miss Beelzebub Likes , is ready to launch a new series. The August issue of Square Enix 's Monthly Shonen Gangan magazine confirmed the release of Eden no Tō: Luluchikakunia to Tō no Meikyū for August 12th.

Eden no Tō will arrive with a color opening page and will also be featured on the cover of the next issue of the magazine. According to the official description, the story mixes fantasy and dungeon exploration in a setting marked by the end of the world, presenting a "girl meets girl" narrative.
What is the story of Eden no Tō?
The story takes place in a fantasy universe where there are no heroes or demon kings. In this setting, young girls embark on expeditions through mysterious and dangerous labyrinths, while trying to survive in a world in ruins. The premise combines elements of adventure, fantasy, and mystery.
The announcement comes just months after the conclusion of Studio Apartment, Good Lighting, Angel Included, a manga published between 2020 and 2025 in Monthly Shonen Gangan. The work received an anime in 2025. Finally, Matoba also gained prominence with As Miss Beelzebub Likes, serialized from 2015 to 2025 and adapted into an anime in 2018.
