Netflix has shared an update for the Hollywood live-action series of Eiichiro Oda's One Piece manga, the update is therefore a message from author Eiichiro Oda, who also serves as executive producer.

Oda claims the show is still scheduled to premiere in 2023, but won't release until he's "satisfied." He added that “each and every entity involved is working in sync,” in addition, he also clarifies that the series will have eight episodes, as opposed to the originally reported ten episodes.
