With each arc of One Piece , the Straw Hats gain a new look depending on the environment they enter. Female characters are always highlighted with a more sensual and attractive design. Egghead arc , Eiichiro Oda recently commented that he chose to create a design in which Nami and Robin could highlight their "buttocks".

Since volume 106 of the manga launched in Japan, the new One Piece SBS has come out with Eiichiro Oda's never-before-seen answers about Egghead, Law's power, Sentomaru, and more. Furthermore, he answers a question about why he highlights female “butts” in his drawings.
“For the Egg Head arc, I wanted to show a completely different design than modern design, using clothes that clearly show the “buttocks”. However, I realized that since I had never drawn panties before, I didn't know how to draw buttocks properly. So, I especially studied how to draw buttocks in a sensual and attractive way, and I gradually improved in the art of drawing them. It became really fun to draw pictures and scenes with buttocks, and there were even more pictures with angles of the buttocks! It’s fun to draw these things!!!”
Synopsis:
The story revolves around Monkey D. Luffy, a young man who gained a body made of rubber after eating the magical fruit Gomu Gomu no Mi (the Rubber Fruit). He was inspired by his childhood idol, the powerful pirate Shanks the Red, to become a pirate and sail on a journey across the sea to find the mythical treasure, the One Piece, and proclaim himself the Pirate King.
