Rabbit & Bear Studios have announced that they are developing a game titled Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes . The studio plans to release the game for PC in the fall of 2022.

Kickstarter campaign will launch for the project on July 27th, aiming to also release the game for PlayStation 5 , Xbox Series X , and Nintendo Switch . The campaign will run until August 28th, with a base goal of $500,000.

Plot

The story of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes begins in a corner of Allraan, a tapestry of nations with diverse cultures and values.
Through swords and magical objects known as "runic lenses," the land's history has been shaped by the alliances and conflicts of humans, beasts, elves, and desert peoples who dwell there.
The Galdean Empire has surpassed other nations and discovered a technology that amplifies the magic of the runic lenses. Now, the Empire is scouring the continent for an artifact that will expand its power even further.
It is on this expedition that Seign Kesling, a young and talented imperial officer, and Nowa, a boy from a remote village, meet and become friends.
However, a twist of fate will soon drag them into the fires of war and force them to re-examine everything they believe to be right and true.

The game will feature over 100 characters, a guild system, and turn-based battles with groups of up to six characters. Battle positioning will vary based on the environment, and battles will also include dynamic camera angles. The game will feature pixel art character designs and high-resolution 2.5D graphics.
