Last week it was announced that beautiful Emilia Clarke from the famous Game of Thrones series was in the running to take on the role of Sarah Connor in the film. And today, December 16th, the news became official on websites abroad. Remembering that actress “Emilia Clarke” and the director of the reboot, Alan Taylor, have already worked together on the series Game of Thrones.
She will possibly join actor Jason Clarke, who is currently in talks to play her son John Connor. The age difference between the two would be explained by some time travel, of course.
Although this film is being treated as a reboot, it is not yet clear whether this is indeed the case, or whether a sequel would be.
