Synopsis:
The story takes place in Baylong City, an artificial island city established in the Pacific Ocean to exploit local natural resources. The anime unfolds around three characters. The first is Shū, who runs a small business, although his spending habits have constantly left him penniless. A girl named Kisara who frequents Shū's office and is constantly worried about him. Kisara attends a high school in Baylong City and does everything from office work to household chores with confidence.
