The long-awaited continuation of the anime Berserk , according to Studio C4 standards, has received a full trailer for the first episode. Therefore, the Berserk: The Black Swordsman is entirely created by fans.
According to the trailer, the story takes place in the present day, after the events of the Golden Age Arc, the beginning of the manga , where we see Guts seeking revenge against Griffith , the iconic villain of the saga.

In the fictional world of Berserk, we dive into darkness, we meet Guts, the Black Swordsman, a mercenary marked by a brutal past. Previously, he was adapting to a different life when he joined the Banda do Falcão, led by Griffith, a leader with grandiose ambitions. However, the gang suffers a great tragedy when supernatural events begin to haunt them. After Griffith betrays his gang to gain power, Guts is marked by the Mark of Sacrifice. So, driven by his desire for revenge, he embarks on a journey to kill his former friend, who is now one of the five Apostles.
Finally, all of Studio Eclypse was dedicated to the memory of the work's author, Kentaro Miura . Additionally, fans can expect the first episode of Berserk: The Black Swordsman in summer 2025.
