Etotama – the new anime from Japanese studio “ Shirogumi Inc. ” has received news about the new one, titled “ Etotama ” (えとたま). The announcement revealed that the anime will begin airing in Japan in April of next year. The first images, cast, staff, and character designs, as well as a promotional video, were also released.
Etotama is based on the manga by authors “Takashi Hoshi” and “Tooru Zekuu” and illustrated by Hiroma Hino (Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai), which was released in January of this year in the magazine Dengeki Daioh Kadokawa, the first compiled volume of the manga will be released on November 26th of this year.
The story revolves around " Nya-tan ," the Chinese astrological cat, who wants to become a member of the Chinese zodiac. Nya-tan is simple and suffers from memory loss, and she tries various crazy ways to become a member. She meets Takeru Tendo, a high school student living alone in Akihabara, and becomes a parasite in his house.
