It has been revealed that the new film Evangelion 3.0+1.0 grossed over 30 million in its opening weekend in theaters . This information reveals the film's total box office earnings.
CRB website, the film has already grossed over 3.3 billion yen (approximately 30.6 million dollars) with the sale of 2.2 million tickets in 466 cinemas across Japan.
In addition, the film grossed $3.4 million in screenings at 38 IMAX .
