Therefore, all films are directed by Hideaki Anno at Studio Khara and dubbed in 10 languages, including English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian.
Synopsis:
The story follows Shinji Ikari, a teenager recruited by his own father to pilot an EVA – a giant bio-robot. The EVAs, controlled by the organization NERV, are always piloted by teenagers as a way to combat alien threats known as Angels, in order to prevent another catastrophe like the one that occurred on Earth 15 years prior, an event known as the Second Impact.
Evangelion arrived in Brazil in 1999 on the former Locomotion , and was later re-aired on the also defunct Animax , with a redubbing by Álamo. Recently, a third dubbing became available on Netflix .
Finally, with the success of the anime , the work was adapted into a manga by Conrad and completed by Editora JBC .
