News has arrived about the long-awaited sequel, Fairy Tail ( Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest ), an anime announced in 2021. With that, we have production staff, images and the premiere forecast.

Hiro Mashima writes the manga and Atsuo Ueda illustrates it. Although a direct sequel to the main series, the story focuses on completing a centuries-old, unfinished mission.
The manga was finally released on Kodansha's Magazine Pocket app in July 2018 and was licensed by Kodansha USA for an English release in North America.
