According to Avex Pictures, the ending of the Fairy Tail (by Hiro Mashima) has been officially announced through a promotional image. The saga of Natsu Dragneel and company will reach its climax on TV in October 2018, leaving many fans heartbroken.

Fairy Tail

This is the most well-known work by author Hiro Mashima, with 2 seasons, 2 films, and several OVAs and spin-offs. Directed by Shinji Ishihira, with animation by A-1 Pictures (Sword Art Online) and Bridge. The first anime series inspired by Hiro Mashima's manga premiered in 2009, followed by a second season in 2014. The anime received its first OVA in 2011, followed by its second season in 2012, and subsequently, the following year, the OVA Prologue – The First Morning was released.

Finally, Fairy Tail Zero is the manga that tells the story of the founders of the Guild of the same name, and is the series of the franchise that arrived in January 2016. The film Fairy Tail: Dragon Cry premiered in Japanese theaters on May 6th.
