According to the magazine “Shonen Magazine” it was announced that chapter 416 of the “ Fairy Tail ” manga will be the last corresponding to the Tartarus arc, having around 33 pages including a color page. The launch is scheduled for January 21st.
Despite the farewell tone, the news is that Tartarus will get an animated adaptation. The arc was launched in chapter 356 of the work in October 2013.
It is worth noting that a series of one-shots from Hiro Mashima's manga are also being adapted in episode format for the anime.
