Kyoto Animation is known for its high-quality animation and meticulous storytelling, being recognized as one of the best in the market with hits like Koe no Katachi and Violet Evergarden . Therefore, they decided to conduct a survey among fans to determine their favorite anime.
"What is your favorite Kyoto Animation anime?" was the question posed in the survey conducted between April 8th and 30th, leaving many fans with a difficult choice to make.
As a result, there were a total of 9,521 votes. Here are the top 10:
In first place was Violet Evergarden! Released in 2018, directed by Taichi Ishidate and written by Reiko Yoshida . It's based on the light novel of the same name by author Kana Akatsuki and illustrator Akiko Takase , and has been published since December 2015.
