All fans of the franchise were waiting for an official announcement at this year's E3, but Ubisoft announced the anticipated Far Cry 4 , the new adventure will be an open world, first-person shooter that promises the most expansive and franchise environment. Far Cry 4 will be available on November 18th in the Americas and November 20th in Europe for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Windows PC.
In Far Cry 4, players will be placed in Kyrat , a stunning, dangerous, and wild region of the Himalayas. Fighting under the regime of a self-appointed king. Using a vast array of weapons, vehicles and even animals, players will write their own story across an exotic open-world landscape.
