Last month it was announced that a new One Piece special, Episode of Merry: Mō Hitori no Nakama no Monogatari , will air on August 24th. The local TV station has already begun airing its first commercial for the highly anticipated special.

Synopsis: As the title suggests, Episode of Merry will focus on Luffy and his friends and the Straw Hat Pirates' first ship, the Going Merry. Like previous specials, this one will feature original animation and will follow the story of Luffy and Usopp's fight, Robin's disappearance, and the farewell to the Going Merry.
