You can watch the first trailer for the Sonic starring Jim Carrey released by Gotta go fast! and Paramount.
The adaptation will be a mix of live-action and 3D animation. The CGI scenes will be animated by Blur Studio, the same studio that did the opening sequence for Sonic 2006 and the Deadpool short film.
Tim Miller , the director of Deadpool, is the executive producer. Jeff Fowler , who has worked with Miller for years at his computer graphics studio, is the overall director of the production. The cast includes Tika Sumpter and James Marsden. Jim Carrey will play the villain Robotnik, and Ben Schwartz will be the blue hedgehog.
The film will be released on November 14th of this year overseas, and in Brazil it will premiere on January 23rd, 2020.
