The items' prices have been released and can be purchased with V-Bucks, Fortnite's virtual currency. The list includes:
- V Skin: 1,500 V-Bucks

The collaboration also features the exclusive Johnny Silverhand emote, enhancing the experience for players who are fans of the Cyberpunk universe.
Official trailer introduces Night City to Fortnite
To promote the new game, Epic Games released a trailer connecting Cyberpunk 2077's settings to the battle royale. The video highlights Night City's futuristic landscapes, recreated in Fortnite's vibrant and dynamic style. This integration reinforces the RPG's unique atmosphere within the context of the more casual game.
This is the first official crossover involving Cyberpunk 2077 characters in Fortnite. However, it's worth remembering that Keanu Reeves had previously appeared in the game as John Wick, another of the actor's most popular characters.
Epic Games chose the timing of the collaboration strategically. The partnership coincides with Winterfest, which distributes free rewards for 14 days, and capitalizes on the surge in popularity of Cyberpunk 2077. Thus, the RPG, once criticized at launch, is now receiving praise after major updates and the success of the Phantom Liberty expansion.
Winterfest also offers themed skins and free items, increasing player engagement. Therefore, Epic Games' strategy ensures greater visibility for the collaboration, attracting both Cyberpunk 2077 fans and regular Fortnite players.
