What would you do if you could stop time? Moritani, for her part, is using her unusual ability to stop time for three minutes a day to observe the people around her. One day, she chooses to "observe" the panties of school idol Murakami —only to find herself in a very compromising situation when she discovers that her classmate is immune to her power.
Sato 's manga was published by Champion Tap! between 2013 and 2014, and consists of two volumes. The OVA adaptation is animated by Tear Studio and directed by Satou Takuya , who also directed the adaptation of Asagao to Kase-san. Tomoko Sudo is responsible for the character designs, Takashi Honda is the art director, and rionos is responsible for the music.
