Sato manga adaptation published a new trailer for the anime . Fragtime will have limited screenings in Japan starting in November of this year .
“What would you do if you could stop time? Moritani, for her part, is using her unusual ability to stop time for three minutes a day to observe the people around her. One day, she chooses to “observe” the panties of the school idol, Murakami —only to find herself in a very compromising situation when she discovers that her classmate is immune to her power.”
Sato 's manga was published by Champion Tap! between 2013 and 2014, and consists of 2 volumes. The OVA adaptation is animated by Tear Studio and directed by Satou Takuya , who also directed the adaptation of Asagao to Kase-san. Tomoko Sudo is responsible for character design, Takashi Honda is the art director, and rionos is responsible for the music.
