The sequel film to the Free! anime has been announced to be delayed due to various circumstances. On its official website, the producers apologize for the inconvenience but promise to do their best to meet all fan expectations.
Free! has been produced by Kyoto Animation since 2013, and its third season aired in 2018, in addition to other films and OVAs.
