It was announced that the manga Hyakushou Kizoku ( The Peasant Noble ) by author Hiromu Arakawa (Fullmetal Alchemist) will be adapted into an anime. According to information, the announcement arrived during a manga screening event held at the Tokyo University of Agriculture.

Synopsis:
The comedy manga follows Arakawa as she works as a farmer in Hokkaido for seven years before becoming a manga creator. The experience helped her work on her manga Silver Spoon, which focuses on students at an agricultural school. 'If there is no water, let them drink cow's milk,' said the noble commoner proudly.
Arakawa began publishing the manga in Shinshokan 's Unpoko Wings magazine in 2009 after the previous magazine ceased publication. The manga's serialization took place irregularly, while the publisher published the seventh compiled volume in October 2021 in Japan.
