This year's 47th issue of Kodansha's Weekly Shounen magazine published the final chapter of the second arc of Yoshitoki Oima's Fumetsu no Anata e ( To Your Eternity ) .
Furthermore, the issue also revealed that the third arc will begin in the magazine's eighth 2023 issue, on January 25th.
Synopsis
The story focuses on a mysterious immortal being called Fushi, sent to Earth without emotions or identity. Fushi is capable of taking the form of objects and living beings around him, as long as they make a strong impression on him. Starting out as a white orb, he takes the form of a rock, then a dying wolf.
Yoshitoki Oima launched the manga in November 2016 in Weekly Shounen.
The first arc of the manga ended in December 2019 and the second arc was released in January 2020. The work won the “Best Shounen Manga” award at the 43rd annual “Kodansha Manga Awards” in May 2019.
It is worth remembering that the manga is inspiring an anime adaptation, and the first season premiered in April 2021. The second season will premiere on October 23rd.
