Fuuto PI Synopsis:
The film is set in Fuuto City, where criminals use USB-like devices called 'Gaia Memories' to transform into super-powered monsters known as 'Dopants,' wreaking havoc on the peaceful city. However, there are also heroes who use 'Gaia Memories' to fight these criminals, one of whom is the self-proclaimed detective Shoutarou Hidari. But with the help of their resourceful partner Philip, the two transform into Kamen Rider, the legendary hero of Fuuto City.
Finally, the manga was published in Shogakukan's Big Comic Spirits magazine in August 2017.
