Toei Animation has just released the teaser for the highly anticipated episode 47 of Dragon Ball Super , which marks the beginning of the new arc starring Future Trunks . The premiere takes place on June 12th and promises to shake up the series' universe.
Dragon Ball Super – A mysterious enemy appears in the future
Titled "SOS from the Future! A New Enemy Black Reveals Himself!" , the Dragon Ball Super episode depicts a scenario where the Androids have already been defeated, but the peace doesn't last. This is because, unexpectedly, a new villain emerges: Black , who challenges Trunks even when he's transformed into a Super Saiyan.
However, Trunks's strength isn't enough to stop him. So Bulma decides to build a time machine to seek help from the past. However, after half a year of effort, she only has enough energy for a one-way trip. Then Black reappears, putting Bulma and Trunks in danger again.
Plot:
In the future, when Earth is free from Android domination, a man named "Black" suddenly appears, and Trunks tries to defend himself. He fails, even in his Super Saiyan form. Bulma decides to build a time machine and enlist the help of Goku and Vegeta from the past, but after half a year, she has only accumulated enough fuel for the time machine to make a one-way trip. Then, Black appears again before Bulma and Trunks.
Arc will have connection with gods and Supreme Kai
Toriyama had already announced that the new villain of Dragon Ball Super would be called Goku Black , and stated that the arc will include the gods of destruction and the Supreme Kai , adding even more complex layers to the plot.
