Synopsis of Fuuto PI:
The film takes place in the city of Fuuto PI, where criminals use USB-like devices called 'Gaia Memories' to transform into super-powered monsters known as 'Dopants,' wreaking havoc on the peaceful city. However, there are also heroes who use the 'Gaia Memories' to fight these criminals, one of whom is the self-proclaimed detective Shoutarou Hidari. But with the help of his resourceful partner Philip, the two transform into Kamen Rider, the legendary hero of Fuuto City.
