Synopsis of Fuuto PI:
The film is set in the city of Fuuto PI, criminals use USB-like devices called 'Memories of Gaia' to transform into super-powered monsters known as 'Dopants', wreaking havoc on the peaceful city. However, there are also heroes who use 'Gaia's Memories' to fight these criminals, one of which is the self-proclaimed detective Shoutarou Hidari. But with the help of ingenious partner Philip, the two transform into Kamen Rider, the legendary hero of Fuuto City.
