The official Game of Thrones released information about the young actress Octavia Alexandru, who will appear in the fourth season of Game of Thrones as one of the Children of the Forest. “ She has experience in various forms of dance and in 2011 she reached the semi-finals of Got To Dance and was described as a child prodigy. She has also appeared in the films My Mother, My Bride and I, Ward 3, Dora, and the upcoming Salt .”
It's possible that Alexandru will play Leaf, one of the Children of the Forest who enters Bran's (Isaac Hempstead Wright) life at the same time as the previously announced Three-Eyed Raven. It hasn't yet been confirmed what role the young actress will actually play. All we know is that with her extensive dance experience, Octavia could excel in the creative body language for the creature of the forest.
The Children of the Forest are an ancient people who lived in Westeros and have an appearance similar to that of children – but most of them are already quite old. The fate of these people is unknown.
The series returns with new episodes in March 2014 on HBO, simultaneously in the US and Brazil.
