Garo : Guren no Tsuki, the second season, has received a new trailer that reveals more details about the series. It premieres on October 9th in Japan.
The story takes place during the Heian period and will feature a female protagonist. It is produced by MAPP/Tohokushinsha studio, directed by Atsushi Wakabayashi, and features character designs by Masakazu Katsura (Tiger & Bunny).
The Garo Project began in 2005 with the first series airing in 2006, consisting of 25 episodes, and later inspiring more series, films, and several specials.
