The final episode of this summer season of the anime GATE announced its return in January.
This second part of the anime will cover the " Flame Dragon Arc ," a short story arc.

The new series written by Takumi Yanai and illustrated by Kuroshishi, whose title can be translated as "Gate: The SDF Fight in Another Land," was adapted for TV in July 2014.
In the 21st century, a mysterious door appears in Ginza ( Tokyo ). After its appearance, mysterious monsters, artifacts, medieval knights, and other fantasy creatures begin to appear , decimating the population of Tokyo, in what will be known as " The Ginza Incident . "
