The combined 22nd and 23rd issues of Kodansha 's Weekly Young Magazine revealed that the Getsuyoubi no Tawawa manga will be on hiatus until the magazine's 29th issue, which will launch on June 20.
The manga began serialization in 2015 through weekly posters posted on artist Kiseki Himura . The main character, Ai , is a high school girl who meets a businessman on the train ride to school. The girl's regular appearance on the train illuminates the man's dark journey.
Himura posts new manga illustrations every Monday on his Twitter account. The manga also began serialization in Kodansha's Weekly Young Magazine in November 2020. Kodansha published the manga's fourth volume on April 4.
