The official website for Ghost in the Shell Arise has released the trailer for its second OVA . This second episode, titled "border: 2 Ghost Whispers", will premiere in theaters in Japan on November 30th. The Blu-ray and DVD disc will be released from December 25th.

The story takes place after Motoko gains her freedom, becoming separated from the military's secret 501st unit. Despite Aramaki's suggestion to form her own unit, Motoko begins carrying out missions to collect members of her own former unit.
