The long-awaited production of the film Ghost in the Shell had its first image revealed featuring actress Scarlett Johansson (the Avengers) in the role of Mokoto Kusanagi .

The story of Ghost In The Shell should follow the line of the manga, called Fantasma do Futuro in Brazil, in which Major Mokoto Kusanagi ( Scarlett Johansson ), a cybernetic police officer, fights to bring justice to the streets of her Japanese megacity, in a dystopian future.

Paramount Pictures will be responsible for the release scheduled for March 31, 2017. The Ghost in the Shell will have a new edition in Brazil this year.
