The new anime Giant Beasts of Ars ( Ars no Kyoju ) has had a new promotional image revealed. According to the official website, the series premieres on January 6th on Japanese television.

The film is directed by Akira Oguro , with composition and screenplay by Norimitsu Kaiho , and character designs by Hiroshi Shimizu and Masato Kato .
Synopsis
The story takes place in an age of swords, heroes, and myths. Giant beasts created the earth, but humans stole it. This angered the beasts, who then began to devour humans. To retaliate, humans invoked the gods. The Kyojū beasts began to spread across the world, causing great damage, but humans reacted by hunting the Kyojū. Humanity also prospered by using the dissected parts of the animals.
