The official website for the anime Glasslip has released its first promotional video. In the background, you can hear the soundtrack sung by singer Choucho, who will perform the series' opening theme. Junji Nishimura (True Tears, Dog Days) directs the series with Takefumi Anzai (Hanasaku Iroha - Blossoms for Tomorrow).
The video says: I won't forget the summer we met. The place was a small town between the sea and the mountains.
The story follows six high school students who reunite during the summer. The protagonist is Tōko Fukami, a 17-year-old girl from Fukui Prefecture. Her dream is to become a glass artisan.
The series will premiere in July.
