The official website for the Glasslip has its first promotional video. In the background you can hear the soundtrack in the voice of the singer choucho, who will perform the opening theme of the series. Junji Nishimura (True Tears, Dog Days) directs the series with Takefumi Anzai (Hanasaku Iroha – Blossoms for Tomorrow).
In the video it says: I won't forget, the summer we met. The place was a small town between the sea and the mountains.
The story follows six high school students who come together over the summer. The protagonist is Tōko Fukami, a 17-year-old girl, born in Fukui prefecture. Her dream is to become a glass artisan.
The series will premiere in July.
