GA Fes 2023 event announced this Thursday that the second season of the Goblin Slayer will premiere in 2023 .
The anime's official website revealed a teaser, cast, staff, and that the animation studio LIDEN FILMS is responsible for the new season.
The returning cast includes:
- Yuichiro Umehara as Goblin Slayer
- Yui Ogura as a Priestess
- Nao Tōyama as a High Elf Archer
- Yuka Iguchi as a Cowgirl
- Maaya Uchida as Guild Girl
- Yūichi Nakamura as a Dwarf Shaman
- Tomokazu Sugita as Lizard Priest
- Yoko Hikasa as a Witch
- Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Spearman
Misato Takada is directing the series at LIDEN FILMS. Takaharu Ozaki, who directed the first season of the anime at WHITE FOX, will be the chief director. Hideyuki Kurata is once again in charge of series composition. Hiromi Kato is designing the characters. Kenichiro Suehiro is returning to compose the music.
The first season of the anime premiered in Japan in October 2018.
