As announced last September at the Tokyo Game Show, the hit game God Eater will be getting an anime adaptation . Scheduled for this year, Bandai Visual released a teaser that showcases all the game's stages up to the franchise's 5th anniversary, briefly showing scenes from the anime created by studio Ufotable (Fate Stay Night, Fate/Zero).
Takayuki Hirao will direct the series at Ufotable, with character design by Keita Shimizu (Tales of Phantasia, ToHeart 2 key animation).
The premiere takes place in the summer of this year.
