As announced in September last year at the “Tokyo Game Show” event, the successful game God Eater will be adapted into an anime . Scheduled for this year, Bandai Visual released a teaser that shows all the game's phases until the franchise's 5th anniversary, briefly showing scenes from the anime made by the Ufotable studio (Fate Stay Night, Fate/Zero).
Takayuki Hirao will direct the series at Ufotable, with character design by Keita Shimizu (Tales of Phantasia, ToHeart 2 key animation).
The premiere takes place in the summer of this year.
